Around School 26th March 2021

26th March 2021 By lesleyannbox

Robins have had a creative week with their paints and also loose parts. They have explored colours and  mixing too… the messier the better!

Larks have made some lovely links with their maths and ICT this week with the Beebots. They are learning about clockwise and anti- clockwise and enjoyed programming the Beebot to reach it’s destination! A lovely example of their art too, using pulls and levers.

Swifts made sure our elderly neighbours all received special Easter blessings this week and made some lovely cards for them. Mrs Porter delivered them today to make sure they have them for Easter Sunday. They have also continued the science investigations with magnets and forces, then presenting their knowledge to the class. Wonderful!

Owls have been learning all about Holy Week and the special services that take place during this most important season in the Church Year. Their displays are beautiful in class… such a sense of pride when you walk in- lovely!

In Science they have been continuing to investigate light and reflection.
