Provision during Covid-19 Restrictions
During the Covid-19 pandemic the breakfast/after school childcare offered is operating within class bubbles, each with their own Teaching Assistant. The Breakfast club opens from 8am and is £2.50 per child, toast is served and children can bring a piece of fruit to snack on if necessary. The after school childcare operates until 4pm and is £2.50 per child.
Primary Schools are now required to publish alongside their Performance information a list of their childcare provision making it easier for parents to know what is available.
St Mary’s RC Primary School offers a range of childcare provision which we have listed below:
Before / After School – Normal Provision
We run a Breakfast Club from 8am in the morning where children can choose from cereals, toast, pancakes, crumpets, fruit, yoghurts and there is always one hot choice (bacon, sausages, beans, eggs or porridge) to start their day.
This is £2.50 per session to attend and is operated on a drop-in basis, payable via parent pay.
After school we try and run different School Clubs each half term to give our pupils a variety of activities to choose from.
All clubs are bookable on Parent pay and are advertised well in advance on the newsletter.
Please contact the school office to discuss your requirements.
